Statement of Need

Liver Diseases are increasingly being recognized as a major cause of morbidity and mortality. This continuing medical education activity is designed to provide a comprehensive assessment of common liver diseases seen in the community. There are recent advances in the diagnosis and management of patients with liver disease for Primary Care Physicians, Gastroenterologists, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and other health care providers.
