Any cancellation and request for refund must be submitted in writing and postmarked on or before September 15, 2008, unless you registered online in which case you can cancel online. A 25% administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds. No refunds will be made after September 20, 2008. If circumstances necessitate the cancellation of this symposium, registration fees will be refunded in full.
